Air Water Power provides remote monitoring as a service, keeping a 24 x 365 watch over your data centre environment and critical equipment. We help you negotiate, set up and manage your equipment maintenance and support contracts.

We manage scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance, respond to alerts and alarms, dispatch service technicians and manage any warranty claims and service level issues on your behalf.

Applying years of operational experience across dozens of facilities we have developed and optimised our management systems and processes for effective data centre operations.

We communicate and report on all events including scheduled and unplanned activities and manage escalations as and when required.

Air Water Power can set the conditions for when the system should alert you. We can arrange for you to receive relevant alarms and status updates remotely via text and email. Your facility imagery can be accessed in real-time via laptop or mobile device.
